Abstract

In this study, heat loss calculations of a building is completed, abided by TS 825 standard which is located in Eskişehir, which have ground and 6 floors equals totally 14 flats and 435 m² session area. Condensing issue that is occured in the inlet surface of the wall section monthly, infiltration loss and heat gaining issues are considered to calculations. Calculations are done per each flats and direction factor is involved. As a result of all calculations, the building and selected wall details, insulation material are compatible with TS 825, throughout the winter time all condensing water that is collected wall inlet section, is evaporated between March and December for all year. Heat loss value of ground and roof floor is more about 10% than the intermediate floors as well. Based on the calculated values, appropriate radiator and wall hung boiler capacity is determined for eachflats. It is investigated that, in order to provide optimum life standards, heat loss calculations should be completed for each flats.
