Abstract

When the introduction, determination in nature, benefits to economic development, production, protection and the advertising of economically valued plants made more professionally, more conscious, more planned, more serious and with the awareness of reducing the foreign dependence in this regard with economic development, these are in potential to expand horizons of our country, area and city, to be mentioned with this valuable plant species, maintain the ecological balance and seriously contribute the economy. Even though we have a rich variety in terms of natural plant potential with economic feature, we are inadequate to get benefit from this potential economically. Therefore, our natural plant species with this features, have great treasure and economic importance for the future of our country, more attention should be given to their identification, protection, promotion, usage, culture, improvement and protection, and the studies in this scope should always be supported. In this study, which is conducted in 2018 vegetation period around Bingöl-Genç district, some naturally ranged economically valued plants Crateagus monogyna, Gundelia asperrima, Taraxacum hybernum, Orchis morio subsp. syriaca, Lotus gebelia, Dianthus carmelitarum, Convolvulus dorycnium subsp. dorycnium, Urtica dioica, Quercus robur subsp. pedunculiflora, Cicer incisum, Dianthus calocephalus, Acanthus dioscoridis var. brevicaulis, Marrubium astracanicum subsp. astracanicum, Silene compacta, Achillea milelifolium, Salvia multicaulis, Inula graveolens, Pisum sativum var. pumulio, Acantholimon acerosum var. acerosum, Rosa canina, Lamium maculatum, Trifolium angustifolium var. angustifolium, Origanum vulgare subsp. hirtum, Salvia brachyantha subsp. brachyantha, Lamium album, Salvia sclerae, Salvia trichoclada, Salvia argentea, Melilotus officinalis, Rubus sanctus, Vicia cracca subsp. stenophylla, Astragalus kurdicus var. kurdicus, Mentha longifolia subsp. typhoides, Melilotus alba, Helichrysum plicatum subsp. plicatum, Thymus haussknechtii, Ophrys apifera, Stachys lavandulifolia var. glabrescens) are photographed, introduced, mentioned about their usage areas by determining them, and protection and production methods about them are proposed.
