Abstract

Amaç: Bu sistematik derlemenin amacı, psikiyatri hemşirelerinin psikoeğitim, farmakolojik tedavi, psikososyal müdahale, hemşire eğitimi ve ilaç tedavisi kombinasyonunu kullanarak bipolar hastaların akut mani semptomlarını azaltma sürecindeki rolünü incelemektir. Yöntem: Bu derleme, Scopus, PubMed, PsycINFO ve CINAHL veri tabanlarındaki makalelerin taranmasıyla elde edilen 16 çalışmanın sistematik bir analizini içermektedir. Veriler, çalışma yöntemleri, örneklem büyüklükleri, uygulanan müdahaleler ve sonuçları gibi faktörlere göre değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular: Bulgular, psikiyatri hemşirelerinin hastaların semptomlarını azaltmak için kullanılan tedavilerde önemli bir rol oynadıklarını göstermektedir. Hemşireler, psikoeğitim, farmakolojik tedavi, psikososyal müdahale, hemşire eğitimi ve ilaç tedavisi kombinasyonunu kullanarak hastaların semptomlarını azaltmaya yardımcı olmuştur. Sonuç: Bu derlemenin sonucunda, psikiyatri hemşirelerinin psikoeğitim, farmakolojik tedavi, psikososyal müdahale, hemşire eğitimi ve ilaç tedavisi kombinasyonunu kullanarak hastaların semptomlarını azaltmada önemli bir rol oynadıkları kanıtlanmıştır. Psikiyatri hemşirelerinin daha da geliştirilmesi ve desteklenmesi, hastaların tedavi sürecinde daha iyi sonuçlar almasına yardımcı olabilir. Öneriler: Bu derlemenin sonucunda, psikiyatri hemşirelerinin tedavi sürecinde daha etkili olabilmeleri için daha fazla eğitim ve destek almaları gerektiği önerilmektedir. Ayrıca, bu alanda daha fazla araştırma yapılması, psikiyatri hemşirelerinin rolünün daha iyi anlaşılmasına ve hastaların tedavi sürecinde daha iyi sonuçlar almasına yardımcı olabilir.
