Kapsayıcı Psikiyatri: LGBTQ+ Bireylerin Ruh Sağlığı ve Hemşirelik Yaklaşımı

LGBTQ+ bireyleri cinsel yönelim ve toplumsal cinsiyet kimliği farklılıkları nedeniyle yaşadıkları yapısal ayrımcılık, damgalama ve sosyal dışlanma, depresyon, anksiyete, travma sonrası stres bozukluğu ve intihar riski açısından yüksek psikiyatrik morbidite ile ilişkilidir. Kapsayıcı psikiyatri, bu bireylerin kimliklerini doğal ve değerli olarak tanıyarak, yapısal eşitsizlikleri merkeze alan bütüncül bir bakım yaklaşımıdır. Hemşireler, bu paradigmanın uygulanmasında bakım sağlayıcı, savunucu, eğitimci ve araştırmacı olarak kritik roller üstlenmektedir. Bu anlatısal derleme, LGBTQ+ bireylerin ruh sağlığına etki eden faktörleri, kapsayıcı psikiyatri ilkelerini, hemşirelik müdahalelerini ve klinik uygulamalarını analiz etmektedir.
