Microbiota, one of these factors, is frequently considered. To lead a healthy life in the microbiology is the name given to all of the bacteria that must be in our body. These bacterial species in the body can maintain the balance of body metabolism when they are at a certain rate among themselves. When bacterial ratios change for any reason, problems occur in many systems, especially body metabolism. In this article; In the light of the studies conducted, the effects of microbiology and insulin resistance and obesity were emphasized and what should be done in order to maintain the continuity of microbiology.
