New Museology Experience with Cultural Anthropology: Annual Data From Around The World and Examples From Turkey; ’Dar’ülmülk Seljuk Dynasties Exhibition 2023’

Abstract

Skulls waiting to be found underground and coming to light again after centuries are being revived with the work of scientists and museum curators. When these skulls, which some say are merely crooked, broken or unrecognizable, come to light, their real stories begin again in the hands of museum curators. With developing technological possibilities, it is now possible to combine these faces and change them permanently.

Face-to-face/confrontation/confrontation (facial reconstruction) methods are widely used in the field of forensic medicine around the world. Facial reconstruction, also known as facial data, is considered the number one chosen field in the field of museology in the world.

Why was the face amount needed? Facial solutions are used all over the world to reconstruct the faces of victims of natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes and fractures. Daily work for museums is used to reconstruct from the existing bones of a long-dead person. It is frequently used in forensic medicine departments with the facial recognition identification method. As museums want to use this area together, we encounter projects that have been used in museum exhibitions since 2000. In the inventories of museums, there are many details from mounds, tombs and palaces. Skeletons and especially skulls arouse people's interest. Who doesn't he look like? From whom? Those who come to the museum do not want to see these new things in today's experience-oriented exhibitions.
