In this research, phenological observations were done in the natural bay laurel population in Urla and Karaburun which is located in Çeşme peninsula. Male and female trees were examined separately. Bud burst, flowering and fruit ripening occurred earlier in the second year. Some differences were detected in the phenology of the trees in both areas and it was determined that vegetation started earlier in Urla, generally. It has been revealed that the differences between years and regions are caused by temperature.
