The COVID-19 virus has not only threatened human health and health systems, but has also affected all community regulations those make up social life. In the pandemic process; the “person limit”, which we frequently encounter in markets, stores, public transportation vehicles, shopping malls and places such as cinemas, was also among the restrictive measures. Working on a system that automatically performs the number of entries and exits in such places, displays it on a screen and gives a warning when the capacity is full, will make a great contribution to the solution of the problem. To reach this goal the necessary coding must be created. This study has been done in order to develop a system that counts those entering and exiting the areas where they are placed and gives a warning when the determined number of people is exceeded, to use this system in all indoor and outdoor spaces, and to reduce the risk of contagion of the epidemic thanks to the developed system. In this newly designed system; MZ80 adjustable infrared sensor inside the box will determine the people entering the environment and increase the number on the LCD screen by +1, while the other MZ80 adjustable infrared sensor placed at the exit door will determine the people leaving the same environment and decrease the number on the LCD screen by -1. The led will turn green until the maximum limit we have written in the coding; As soon as the limit is exceeded, the red LED will turn on and the buzzer will give an audible warning. Our system can be installed wherever it is needed, according to the maximum number of people who can change it in coding. Where this system is installed, the audit workload of its officers will decrease and the environment will become safer. In the field survey, it has been seen that people have problems in getting used to the new social life and adapting to the new conditions brought by the pandemic process. With the regulations made, the number of people who must be in closed spaces has been determined; however, a system that will determine the number of people entering and leaving and that will give a warning when the number capacity is full has not been developed yet.
