For each individual in his inner world health both in its relations with the outside world but also to maintain a balanced life you need to focus on in terms of being successful, not only physically, spiritual, cognitive, and social relationships is an important concept that affects people in terms of. Being healthy can also be considered as not having any disease in a sense. In today's world of emerging technological and scientific developments have positive effects on human health as a result, people have started to give more importance to lead longer and healthier lives. This, in turn, requires more effective and efficient execution of processes such as diagnosis and treatment of a large number of diseases. There is no doubt that the smooth functioning of these processes is largely directly proportional to the quality of the services provided in the field of health and the quality of the enterprises providing the services. The nature of the services offered by health enterprises is also of greater importance because of the area it covers when compared to other enterprises. In addition to providing all these services in the best way, health care companies also play a very important role in ensuring that their employees increase their motivation and help them maintain their performance at a better level. In order for individuals working in health enterprises to perform high, it is necessary to have various motivational tools such as remuneration, reward and appreciation in the enterprises to which they are connected. Motivation-enhancing practices such as payment and reward, which are made as a result of determining the personal characteristics of working people and the services they need, have a positive impact on employees, while indirectly affecting the satisfaction of other people receiving services. In order for health enterprises to develop in terms of quality and efficiency and to better serve the community, they need to keep their employees ' motivations at the best level. The aim of this study is to examine the concepts of remuneration, rewarding and appreciation applied in the enterprises operating in the health sector in our country with their general lines and to reveal the effects of these concepts on the performance of the employee. In the conclusion part of the study, suggestions were made on alternative future studies related to these concepts applied in health enterprises.
